Parkersburg Housing Authority's Public Housing Department consists of a 146-unit complex known as Homecrest Manor.

Our on-site Public Housing units range in size from 1-bedroom to 5-bedrooms and they are located on the south side of the city of Parkersburg.

16/1-Bedroom units, 72/2-Bedroom units, 36/3-Bedroom units, 18/4-Bedroom units, 4/5-Bedroom units make up this community.

Within the development you will find a playground, basketball court, and baseball field. We also offer an Activity Center which includes a Daycare Center, Head Start Program, After School Program, and a variety of other activities.
