
Parkersburg Housing Authority's
Public Housing
Department consists
of a 146-unit complex known as Homecrest Manor.
Our on-site Public Housing units
range in size from 1-bedroom to 5-bedrooms and they are located
on the south side of the city of Parkersburg.
16/1-Bedroom units, 72/2-Bedroom
units, 36/3-Bedroom units, 18/4-Bedroom units, 4/5-Bedroom units make up
this community.
Within the development you will
find a playground, basketball court, and baseball field. We also offer an
Activity Center which includes a Daycare Center, Head Start Program, After
School Program, and a variety of other activities. Our community
also offers handicapped accessible units in each of our bedroom sizes.
Public transportation is available.
The Mid Ohio Valley Transit Authority's bus system makes frequent daily
stops at the bus stop located at the edge of Homecrest Manor Apartments.
With this available, residents who do not own their vehicles can still enjoy
the convenience of all the local merchants. Banks, restaurants, department
stores, pharmacies, parks, and churches are accessible via public
transportation.

must be an adult at least 18 years of age. The household income cannot
exceed the following federally established limits:
