Reminders

· Over night guests may not exceed 14 days in a calendar year

· Flowerbed maintenance is the responsibility of the resident

· One cat or dog per apartment is permitted once the deposit has been paid.

· Pets are never to be unattended, off their leash or tied up outside.

· Do not tamper with the smoke alarms for any reason.

The after hours emergency maintenance number is for emergencies only. A list of items the PHA considers an emergency can be found in your Tenant Handbook. DO NOT call the emergency number to report complaints or lost/missing items. Again, this is for emergencies only.
