Family Self-Sufficiency Program The Parkersburg Housing Authority's Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) helps families receiving Public Housing Rental Assistance achieve economic success through job training, education, employment, and other supportive services. FSS helps participants: *Select Goals *Connect to area agencies, job, education, vocational training, counseling, and other resources and services *Map a 5-year action plan outlining goals and steps to suceed *Personal guidance throughout the five year action plan *Achieve goals one step at a time
How to join FSS
In order to participate in the FSS Program, you must be receiving assistance through the Public Housing Rental Assistance Program. For more information on the FSS Program please contact:
